Using innovation and technology to build a better health care system
Technologies that make health care transactions, resource networks, clinical data analysis, and administrative processes smarter, more efficient, and more effective
UnitedHealth Group’s UnitedHealthcare®, which provides health care coverage and benefits services, and Optum, which provides information and technology-enabled health services, are leading the charge to build a health care system that is better connected and maintained through the strategic use of health information technology. By giving consumers innovative tools to be more proactive when it comes to ensuring their well-being, we are making personal health and wellness as simple as a click of a mouse or swipe of a finger. UnitedHealth Group’s interactive products and services bring critical health information to consumers in simple, captivating, and direct ways on the platforms with which they’re most comfortable.
Through a variety of mobile solutions and apps, such as UnitedHealthcare’s Health4Me and OptumHealth®’s NowClinic, we’re giving consumers greater access to health care information. With tools like the Health Savings Checkup and the Health Care Cost Estimator, we’re helping to make health care transactions, financial resources, and clinical data analysis more accessible.
These technologies and many more will be on display in our exhibit space on the CES show floor in booth #2833. You can learn more about them on the pages of this section by clicking the links under “Our Innovations” at the left, and more information is available at www.uhginnovation.com.
